About us

Your issues. Your Voice. Your impact.

SocialVoter is a community whose users engage each other to create a forum for social and political issues information, dialogue, and interaction – ultimately giving voice to issues that impact our Government.

About SocialVoter

Considered by us to be a "project of passion", we established SocialVoter to increase personal awareness of the social and political issues that impact our lives on a daily basis. The site itself takes a relatively hands-off approach to the creation of static content, instead allowing SocialVoter's registered users the chance to define the site through the discussion of topics that matter most to them. After all, this is YOUR community!

Our employees, affiliates and partners are also actively engaged in the conversations that take place on SocialVoter, because like you, we all want to make a difference. We can't do it alone though, so we've invited politicians, corporations, thought leaders, as well as various groups and associations to join your community. Their involvement is equally as important as the rest of ours – it takes determination and participation at all levels to affect change.

SocialVoter is guided by a board of directors and advisors that will serve as a balanced committee to enabling equal representation of varying political ideals and uphold our commitment to be non-partisan.

Points of Interest

- SocialVoter launched on July 4th! Given the goals of the site, we are extremely proud to share our birthday with our nation's Independence Day.

- We are committed to being 100% non-partisan. We do everything in our power to avoid favoring any position over another, or giving special considerations to any individual or entity. For every point that we might introduce ourselves, it will be our goal to offer an unbiased counter-point.

- SocialVoter is YOUR community. Our developers have done a great job of getting us this far, and they'll continue their efforts. However, as we move forward, we'll rely heavily on all of you to assist us in building future versions of the site. In true democratic fashion, our users will give voice to the direction, features, functionality and content that is made available on SocialVoter.
